AMS Advantage Software definition
AMS Advantage Software means the commercially available versions of the CGI proprietary software identified in Exhibit A to the License Agreement and any upgrades, enhancements, or new versions issued by Contractor from time to time hereafter prior to Project Completion and during the term of the Agreement.
