  • We may carry out a Change of Measurement Class on an AMR Meter with a Profile Class of ‘05’, ‘06’, ‘07’ or ‘08’, in order to settle the Supplied Electricity consumed at it on a half hourly basis.

  • The AMR Services shall include: AMR installation, commissioning and relocation; AMR Meter rental and data collection; consumption data collection, management and delivery; provision of AMR Meter readings for billing purposes; daily AMR Meter readings; bespoke customer AMR data analysis software; management and support services in relation to AMR Meters; AMR data access via internet; AMR Meters with smart displays; and automated monitoring and targeting of AMR Meters.

  • Once You have given Us Your permission, we will use reasonable endeavours to complete installation of the Smart Meter or AMR Meter within 45 Working Days of Your Supply Start Date.

  • If We supply You with electricity through a Profile Class 5-8 Meter and You are not already settled on a half-hourly basis, we are required to enter the Site into half-hourly settlement within 45 Working Days of Your Supply Start Date and following the installation of a Smart Meter or AMR Meter in accordance with Clause 11.1 should such Meter not already be installed at the Site.

  • You will be responsible for complying with our reasonable instructions relating to the installation of an AMR Meter or Smart Meter and for paying all of our reasonable installation costs which we shall be entitled to recover from you.

  • AMR Meter – means a meter that automatically collects meter readings and/or half hourly consumption data which are accessible via remote connection to the meter.

  • Master Meter means the meter controlled by the licensed distributor and used for settlement of the master bill with the master consumer;

PJM shall only accept sub-meter load data from end-use customers for measurement and verification of Regulation service as set forth in the Economic Load Response rules and PJM Manuals.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that does all of the following:

  • interval meter means a meter that measures and records electricity use on an hourly or sub-hourly basis;

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that can measure energy consumption, providing more information than a conventional meter, and can transmit and receive data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, as set forth in Section 3.08(b) and will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility Electric Service Requirements.

  • Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Feed means feed as defined in point (4) of Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002;

  • Behind The Meter Generation shall refer to a generation unit that delivers energy to load without using the Transmission System or any distribution facilities (unless the entity that owns or leases the distribution facilities has consented to such use of the distribution facilities and such consent has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Office of the Interconnection); provided, however, that Behind The Meter Generation does not include (i) at any time, any portion of such generating unit’s capacity that is designated as a Generation Capacity Resource; or (ii) in an hour, any portion of the output of such generating unit that is sold to another entity for consumption at another electrical location or into the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Meter means, unless otherwise qualified, a device that measures and registers the integral of an electrical quantity with respect to time.

  • CAISO-Approved Meter means any revenue quality, electric energy measurement meter furnished by Seller, that (a) is designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with the CAISO’s metering requirements, or, to the extent that the CAISO’s metering requirements do not apply, Prudent Electrical Practices, and (b) includes all of the associated metering transformers and related appurtenances that are required in order to measure the net electric energy output from the Generating Facility.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Non-Retail Behind The Meter Generation means Behind the Meter Generation that is used by municipal electric systems, electric cooperatives, or electric distribution companies to serve load.

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.
