Ampoules means the ampoules listed in Part Ill of Schedule 2.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including specifically Section 2.8.5, AeroGen hereby grants to PathoGenesis an exclusive license within the Field, including the right to grant sublicenses, under AeroGen's Inhalation Intellectual Property to make, have made, use, import, export, offer for sale and sell Ampoules for use in connection with the Inhaler, in the Territory.

  • Ampoules must be packed in rigid paperboard boxes, strong enough to resist crushing during transportation and storage in units of 5, 10 or similar multiples up to a maximum of 100 (10x 10).

  • Any changes to the stated lot sizes of Vials and Ampoules shall be by mutual written agreement of Customer and Manufacturer.

  • Solutions should be offered rather than powders for reconstitution where formulation allows • Ampoules should be labelled longitudinally • A bar code should be present on the primary packaging • There should be good differentiation between different formulations of the same product intended for different parenteral routes (eg.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Customer shall provide Manufacturer with a quarterly firm purchase order setting forth (i) the quantities ordered for delivery and the specified Delivery Date and (ii) the lot numbers to be applied to such Vials and Ampoules.

  • Nitrogen oxides means nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide, expressed as nitrogen dioxide (NO2);

  • Cyanoacrylate adhesive means any adhesive with a cyanoacrylate content of at least 95% by weight.
