AMPAC definition

AMPAC means Ampac Europe Limited registered in England and Wales under number 3653088 and whose registered office is at Unit 2 Waterbrook Estate, Waterbrook Road, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 2UD.
AMPAC means AMPAC Pty Limited ABN 81 634 063 200 and where the context permits and includes any related body corporate of that company within the meaning of section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that is a manufacturer or seller of Goods.
AMPAC shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
