AMP Vehicles definition

AMP Vehicles means (1) all current and future vehicles manufactured under the AMP Brand (or any successor brand) offered for sale by AMP and (2) all Converted NLE Vehicles.

  • During the Demonstration Phase, AMP will provide NLE with two (2) AMP Vehicles for use by NLE in the Territory (each a “Demonstration Vehicle” and together, the “Demonstration Vehicles”).

  • Vehicles all cars, trucks, trailers, construction and earth moving equipment and other vehicles covered by a certificate of title law of any state and all tires and other appurtenances to any of the foregoing.

  • Recreational vehicle means a vehicle which is:
