AMP Vehicles definition
AMP Vehicles means (1) all current and future vehicles manufactured under the AMP Brand (or any successor brand) offered for sale by AMP and (2) all Converted NLE Vehicles.
Examples of AMP Vehicles in a sentence
During the Demonstration Phase, AMP will provide NLE with two (2) AMP Vehicles for use by NLE in the Territory (each a “Demonstration Vehicle” and together, the “Demonstration Vehicles”).
Such additional training shall be conducted at a location or locations to be selected by AMP, but AMP will endeavor to conduct such training program at or near NLE’s facilities in Reykjavik, Iceland, at or near AMP’s manufacturing and production facilities in Blue Ash, Ohio, USA, or at or near such other facilities in the USA as may be utilized by AMP from time to time for the manufacture and/or production of AMP Vehicles.
