The exercise of the repayment option by the Holder of any Amortizing Bond shall be irrevocable unless waived by the Company.

Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Amortizing Bond set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place.

The principal amount of any Amortizing Bond may not be repaid in part if, following such repayment, the unpaid principal amount of such Amortizing Bond would be less than the Remaining Principal Amount for one Amortizing Bond with an original principal amount of $1,556.76.
