Reference is made to that certain proposed Loan Agreement (the “Loan Agreement”), by and between AMNL Asset Company 2 (“Co-Borrower”) and AMNL Asset Company 1 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), and G▇▇▇▇▇▇ S▇▇▇▇ Mortgage Company (“Client”).
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
