AMNI has not received written notice of any alleged violation of Environmental Law or liability for any release of any Hazardous Material in connection with the present or past business or properties of AMNI or any of its subsidiaries, and there exists no writ, injunction, decree, order or judgment outstanding, nor any lawsuit, proceeding, citation, summons or government agency investigation relating thereto, except for any such matters that would not have an AMNI Material Adverse Effect.
