AMMS definition

AMMS means the Accredited Mass Management Scheme which provides three (3) concessional mass levels for operators who have established demonstrated control measures. Industry participation is subject to audit against standards within the WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme.
AMMS has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
AMMS means the “Accredited Mass Management Scheme” and includes any rules approved by the Minister for Transport and the Commissioner for Main Roads.

  • The Public Works Department currently has licenses to use Lucity Asset Maintenance Management Software (AMMS) as part of the existing contract.

  • AMMS has made and kept (and given Buyer access to) Books and Records and accounts, which, in reasonable detail, fairly reflect in all material respects the activities, transactions and dispositions in relation with the Assets.

  • Requisitions for stores stock materials from Greenbelt and NASA Headquarters are submitted directly through the AMMS Web Order Entry System, on GSFC Form 20-7 or NHQ Form 81 for subsequent entry into the GLTIC supply system, or on NASA Form 2, for forms and publications.

  • Except as set forth in Section 3.10 of Seller Disclosure Schedule, there is no Order or Action pending or, to the Knowledge of Sellers, threatened (a) against any Seller or its respective directors or officers as such or affecting any of the Assets, (b) which seeks to prohibit, restrict or delay consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements or any of the conditions to consummation of such transactions, or (d) in which AMMS is a plaintiff.

  • Assuming that the representations and warranties of Sellers in Article III are true and correct, no registration of the Delivered Shares under the Securities Act is required in connection with the issuance of the Delivered Shares by Buyer to AMMS as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • All AMMS Assets are in a good state of maintenance and repair (except for ordinary wear and tear).

  • The Amendment includes project management and technical services needed to finalize implementation for the use of the AMMS within the Operations divisions, including streets, sidewalks, signs, signals, and storm drains.
