AML Procedures definition

AML Procedures is defined in Section 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
AML Procedures means anti-money laundering procedures adopted by the Administrator and enumerated in this Schedule 2 for the express purpose of servicing the Funds.
AML Procedures means the compliance checks and procedure to be completed in respect of anti-money laundering and the prevention of other serious crimes; Bonds means the first series of redeemable, secured bonds issued by the Company with an aggregate principal amount of United Dollars Eight Million (US$8,000,000), and carrying Interest at the Interest Rate as set forth in Schedule 1, as constituted by this Agreement, and subject to the Conditions; Bond Certificate means the bond certificate the form of which is appended to Schedule 2 which is issued to the Subscriber as Bondholder on the Completion Date; Bondholder means a Subscriber whose name is registered as a Bondholder in the register of Bonds of the Company; Bondholders’ Representative means a Bondholder chosen by all Bondholders of the Series A Bonds to act as the Bondholders’ Representative for the purpose of communicating and dealing with the Security Agent and the Company; Business means the business of investing in various classes of yield-generating assets within the legalised medicinal and recreational cannabis industry;
