In case Sellers Bank does not receive the Sellers Bank Required AML Documents within the said five (5) working day period, Sellers shall have the right to cancel this Agreement by written notice to the Buyers and Clause 13 of this Agreement shall apply.
In case the Deposit Holder does not receive the Buyers AML Documents within the said five (5) working day period Sellers rights under Clause 13 of this Agreement shall apply.
