Amity definition

Amity is defined in the first recital hereto; provided that each reference to “Amity” herein shall be deemed to include the Amity Branch.

Examples of Amity in a sentence

  • A student who is habitually absent from Amity may be asked to repeat the year and in exceptional cases may not be able to graduate.

  • Parents must inform Amity of any health or medical condition, disability or allergy that their child has or subsequently develops, whether long-term or short-term, including any infections.

  • Crisis means a situation in which a student engages in a behavior that threatens the health and safety of the student or others and includes without limitation a situation in which the student becomes aggressive or violent at school and is unable to regain self-control without posing a danger of injury to himself or herself or others.
