A student who is habitually absent from Amity may be asked to repeat the year and in exceptional cases may not be able to graduate.
The sovereignty, territorial integrity and national unity of the Parties shall be respected, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, in the implementation of this Agreement.
