AMI Project definition

AMI Project means the CPS Energy AMI project undertaken by the Parties under the SOW attached as Exhibit C-1. The AMI Project includes all responsibilities assigned to the Parties, including the provision by SSN of all Products and Services and related Deliverables described in such SOW.
AMI Project means the AMI project undertaken by ComEd under this SOW. The AMI Project comprises all responsibilities assigned to the Parties under this SOW. AMI Project does not include materials, equipment, software or services provided by third parties not under Silver Spring’s direction or control.

More Definitions of AMI Project

AMI Project means any project included in the definition of Partnership Operations.
