AMI Household(s) definition

AMI Household(s) means a household whose aggregate gross income equals 30% or less of AMI, as adjusted for family size. For purposes of this definition, “adjusted for family size” means the actual number of persons in the applicable household.

Examples of AMI Household(s) in a sentence

  • The Project shall consist of 165 Units, all of which shall be Affordable Housing Units for Income-Qualified Households, provided that Units to be leased to 120% AMI Households may be used as Manager’s Units.

  • During the Term, two (2) studio units shall be made available for occupancy to Eligible Households that qualify as 30% AMI Households, the balance of the units shall be made avaible to Eligible Households.

  • DEVELOPER agrees to make available, restrict occupancy to, and rent all seven (7) of the HOME-assisted floating Housing Units to 50% AMI Households at an Affordable Rent (as those terms are defined herein).

  • DEVELOPER agrees to make available, restrict occupancy to, and rent two (2) of the PLHA-assisted Housing Units to 60% AMI Households and two (2) of the PLHA-assisted Housing Units to 120% AMI Households, all at an Affordable Rent (as those terms are defined herein).
