AMF Fee means the fee payable by the FCC to the Autorite des marches financiers on a yearly basis and which equals 0.008/oo of the outstanding Senior Units, Seller Units and Subordinated Units at the end of each year;

L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).
Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).
Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.
Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.
Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.
