Amendment Form definition

Amendment Form means the Amendment Form described in Section 5.3.

More Definitions of Amendment Form

Amendment Form means the Deferred Compensation Agreement Amendment Form described in Section 5.3.
Amendment Form means the amendment form in the form provided by Us which shall be utilised for making amendments requested by You and agreed to by Us, to the terms of the Facility. Base Rate means, for the applicable currency and tenor, the Secured Facility Base Lending Rate or any other base rate or successor rate, screen or index chosen by Us depending upon the relevant currency of the Advance, as specified in the Drawdown Form or as notified to You by Us unless such rate is not available for the relevant currency, in which case an equivalent reference rate will be used. The Base Rate is refreshed on the Base Rate Calculation Day or more frequently at Our discretion except for Advances where the Interest Period is specified in the Drawdown Form.
Amendment Form means the form provided by the Company to the Member for making any change in their Membership Status, Plan or Package Type, etc.

Related to Amendment Form

  • Consent Form means the forms provided to each holder of Pre-Formation Interests to consent to the Formation Transactions and to make such holder’s irrevocable elections with respect to consideration to be received in the Formation Transactions.

  • Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.

  • E-Signature means the process of attaching to or logically associating with an Electronic Transmission an electronic symbol, encryption, digital signature or process (including the name or an abbreviation of the name of the party transmitting the Electronic Transmission) with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Electronic Transmission.

  • Amendment No. 1 means Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement dated as of October 25, 2016, by and among the Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

  • Supplementary Agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Seventh Schedule;

  • Joinder Supplement means an agreement among the Borrower, a Lender, its Lender Agent and the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit E to this Agreement (appropriately completed) delivered in connection with a Person becoming a Lender hereunder after the Closing Date.

  • Fourth Amendment Date means the Amendment Date (as defined in the Fourth Amendment).

  • Amendment No. 8 means Amendment No. 8, dated as of March 31, 2017, to this Agreement.
