Amendment Deeds definition
Amendment Deeds means all of them;
Amendment Deeds means the First Amendment Deed and the Second Amendment Deed, and "Amendment Deed" means any one of them.
Amendment Deeds means each deed of amendment of the articles of association listed under 2.1 (Incorporation Deeds and Amendment Deeds) in Annex 3 (Documents).
Examples of Amendment Deeds in a sentence
Copies of the Amendment Deeds, Bond Purchase Agreements, Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, and the First and Second Supplemental Agreements are available for inspection during normal business hours from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the Company’s registered office at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
The Loan Note Instrument was modified by the Company (i) by deed dated 15 October 2013 (the First Loan Note Amendment Deed) and (ii) by deed dated 12 May 2015 (the Second Loan Note Amendment Deed and together with the First Loan Note Amendment Deed, the Loan Note Amendment Deeds).
