Amendment Charges definition

Amendment Charges means those Administration Charges which the Service Provider shall be required to charge Customers to make changes to details of such Customers held on the Service Systems, as detailed in the Statement of Requirements;

  • Amendment Charges if any shall be to the account of the party whose fault it is that has necessitated the amendment.

  • The purchaser will make full payment of cost of documents comprising and inclusive of CIF value, L/C opening / Amendment Charges / Bank interest, Commission & other charges for retirement of documents, service charges, import licence charges, etc.

  • The Hotel will make reasonable effort to meet requests for amendments in guest numbers and other booked requirements but reserves at its sole discretion the ability to meet those amendment requests and in any event reserves the right to charge the Amendment Charges set out below.

Related to Amendment Charges

  • Development Charges or “DC” shall mean the amount charged by the Company from the Applicant(s) towards carrying out the developmental works inside or around the Project, including but not limited to the payment of the following:

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Prepayment Charges Any prepayment premium or charge payable by a Mortgagor in connection with any Principal Prepayment on a Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related Mortgage Note or Mortgage, as applicable.

  • Utility Charges Defined in Section 9.A hereof.
