Amended Terms or “Terms”) replace the Solutions by Text, LLC (“SBT”) Terms of Service and General Terms and Conditions in effect before June 5, 2020. By beginning or continuing to use SBT’s products and services, Partner consents to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are incorporated by reference into the Agreement as if fully set forth therein.

Examples of Amended Terms in a sentence

  • Amended Terms and Conditions will be effective as of the Effective Date unless otherwise stated.

  • The notice may be given to the Hirer by exhibiting the same or making available a set of the Amended Terms at the Owner’s branches, on the Owner’s website or via publication through any media.

  • Unless Customer is notified to the contrary by Supplier, such Amended Terms shall only apply after the expiry of any Initial Subscription Period, or after the expiry of the current Renewal Period as the case may be.

  • The Stichting and EPS agree to cause the Amended Stichting By-Laws and the Amended Terms of Administration, respectively, such amendment to take effect as of the Closing Date and the Stichting, EPS and Interbrew agree to cause the Amended Interbrew By-Laws to take effect as of the Closing Date.

  • Such Amended Terms shall apply when replaced by attachment to this agreement, but only in respect of such matters which are within the scope of the Amended Terms.

  • The Amended Terms may include, without limitation, (a) modifications to the dividend rate or the ranking of the Preferred Stock (provided, however, that the dividend rate of any Retained Shares (as defined below) shall not be increased), (b) the implementation of optional and/or mandatory redemption provisions on the Preferred Stock and (c) the elimination or modification of the conversion rights of the Preferred Stock.

  • Such Amended Terms shall apply when replaced by attachment to this Agreement, but only in respect of such matters which are within the scope of the Amended Terms.

  • If BDL agrees to the Change Request in the manner contemplated above and you agree to proceed with the requested change on the Amended Terms advised by BDL, this Agreement will be deemed to be varied to the extent necessary to take account of the Change Request and the Amended Terms.

  • Attachment 3: Project Program Attachment 4: Design Consultant’s Scope of Services Statement Attachment 5: Design Consultant’s Schedule of Hourly Compensation Rates Attachment 6: Amended Terms and Conditions This Agreement shall become effective as of the date of the last person signing the agreement as indicated by the date noted under that person’s signature.

  • If no notice is given and in any case by continuing to order Goods from us after that time, you are deemed to irrevocably accept the Amended Terms without reservation and are bound by them.

Related to Amended Terms

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • FIA Terms and Conditions means the supplemental terms and conditions relating to the School's fees in advance scheme;

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.
