Amended Application definition

Amended Application means an application amended under regulation 39, and if the application has been so amended on more than one occasion means the application in terms resulting from all such amendments cumulatively;

Amended Application means an Application to which changes have been made, including changing, deleting, or adding a Claimed Injury or Disease, or changing the request for Service-Connected or Nonservice-Connected Disability Retirement, at any time within sixty(60) calendar days of the date SCERS issues a Notice of Application Designation, or upon a showing of good cause that the Applicant could not, with the exercise of reasonable diligence, have included the substance of the amendment on the Application Date of the original Application.
