AMC Charges definition

AMC Charges means the price payable to the Service Provider under the Agreement. The obligations expressed under the AMC shall include all costs relating to labour, spares, maintenance (preventive, unscheduled), and transport charges from site to manufacturer’s works and back for repair/adjustment; or replacement at site of any part of the equipment which under the normal and proper use and maintenance proves defective in design, material or workmanship or fails to conform to the specifications given by the purchaser to VENDOR.

AMC Charges means the charges specified in Schedule C, payable to the System Integrator for discharging its AMC Services in accordance with this Agreement.

AMC Charges. / “Rental Charges means” the price payable to the Vendor under the Agreement as per Bank approved rate.

Examples of AMC Charges in a sentence

• In case the Bank needs the AMC service beyond the period of AMC, additional AMC Charges will be paid on the pro-rata basis for the period for which these units are to be maintained at the same unit rate as applicable to similar item in the original AMC and on the same terms and conditions of the AMC.

• The AMC Charges would only enable CSIR-IICB to take a decision at a future date whether it wants to enter into an AMC for the particular equipment at the price quoted by the bidding firms.

• If the availability of the equipment, during warranty period, falls below 96% i.e. assuming 351 working days in the year of 365 days and similarly 1051 days in three years, the warranty period will be extended for the breakdown days the equipment remains breakdown minimum 96% availability of the equipment in terms of working days.CMC/ AMC Charges: The CMC/AMC charge has been agreed by all the executors.

• The AMC Charges should cover the regular maintenance of the safe and the electronic components, cost of the replaced parts, consumables and also the manpower cost except electrical power.It may be noted by the bidder that Bank will not provide any kind of assistance in the form of men/material and the Bidder will have to make his own arrangements for deputing the required skilled manpower including all necessary spares for setting right the reported/observed defects.

• Non-Indian Bidders shall upload Price Bid – Import Supply and AMC Charges.

• Extended Period of AMC: In case the Bank needs the AMC service beyond the period of AMC, additional AMC Charges will be paid on the pro-rata basis for the period for which these units are to be maintained at the same unit rate as applicableto similar item in the original AMC and on the same terms and conditions of the AMC.

• Indian Bidders shall upload Price Bid – Local Supply and AMC Charges.
