  • Amazon will be responsible for ensuring that any and all such Amazon Subcontractors comply with this Agreement when performing services related to this Agreement and any act or omission by an Amazon Subcontractor that would have been a breach of this Agreement had Amazon performed such act or omission without engaging an Amazon Subcontractor shall be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement by Amazon.
