Amazon Service means the Amazon electronic money service offered to Sellers and related software created or operated by or for Amazon or its Affiliates currently branded as Advanced Payments APIs (or any successor service).

Examples of Amazon Service in a sentence

  • For those of Your Products that are fulfilled using Fulfilment by Amazon, please refer to the Fulfilment by Amazon Service Terms.

  • Notwithstanding the previous sentence, for those of Your Products that are fulfilled using Fulfilment by Amazon, if any, the Fulfilment by Amazon Service Terms will apply to non-delivery, misdelivery, theft or other mistake or act in connection with the fulfilment and delivery of those of Your Products.

  • Notwithstanding the Selling on Amazon Service Terms, we will be entitled to charge you for the applicable fees payable to us under the Selling on Amazon Service Terms and these Service Terms, respectively.

  • Any customer refund will be initiated in accordance with the Selling on Amazon Service Terms.

  • We will also receive all Sales Proceeds on your behalf for each of these transactions and will have exclusive rights to do so, and will remit them to you in accordance with these Selling on Amazon Service Terms.

  • Please refer to the Fulfillment by Amazon Service Terms for Your Products that are fulfilled using Fulfillment by Amazon.

  • Notwithstanding the previous sentence, for those of Your Products that are fulfilled using Fulfillment by Amazon, if any, the Fulfillment by Amazon Service Terms for the applicable Amazon Site will apply to non-delivery, misdelivery, theft, or other mistake or act in connection with the fulfillment of those of Your Products.

  • For those of Your Products that are fulfilled using Fulfilment by Amazon, if any, the Fulfilment by Amazon Service Terms will apply to the storage, fulfilment and delivery of such Products.

  • All other trademarks not owned by Amazon that appear in any Amazon Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Amazon.
