  • Amazon Transaction Data, Amazon Customer Information and Amazon Developed Information will be the proprietary and Confidential Information of the Amazon Parties.

  • In connection with any Amazon Customer Dispute that Affirm is unable to so resolve, upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s reasonable request so that Affirm may investigate and resolve the dispute, Amazon agrees to provide Affirm with (a) shipping carrier and tracking information, and (b) such other relevant information as the Parties may agree, in each case via an evidence-sharing mechanism that is mutually agreed upon between the Parties.
