Amazon Contract definition
Amazon Contract means that certain Framework Agreement, dated as of November 15, 2019, by and among Rivian Automotive, LLC and Amazon Logistics, Inc., as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Amazon Contract means, collectively, (x) that certain Air Transportation Services Agreement, dated as of December 13, 2019, by and between the Borrower and ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Services, Inc., as amended, restated, supplemented, waived, replaced, or otherwise modified from time to time and (y) any similar contract or agreement between the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Services, Inc. or its Affiliates, on the other hand, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented, waived, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.

To the extent Holdings, the Borrower or any Subsidiary receives any payments pursuant to or in connection with the Amazon Contract in an account other than the Amazon Collection Account or in any other manner, such person shall wire transfer as soon as practicable, but in any event within three (3) Business Days of receipt, any such amounts to the Amazon Collection Account.
