AMAS definition

AMAS means: AMAS Holding Spf, its directors, officers, members authorized to act on behalf of AMAS Holding Spf or manage AMAS Holding Spf, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, partnerships, groups, and affiliates, controlled by AMAS Holding Spf, and the respective directors, officers, general partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
