Amalgamated Fund means the COALSUPER Retirement Income Fund referred to in section 18.

Without limitation, such merger and amalgamation can be implemented without regard to whether the Plan and the other plans have an actuarial surplus or deficit as of the effective date of the merger or amalgamation, and the Amalgamated Fund shall be responsible for all the liabilities of the Plan and the plans with which is it merged or amalgamated.
