Amalgamated definition

Amalgamated means any member of the Amalgamated Family of Companies, which consists of Amalgamated Life Insurance Company, Amalgamated Employee Benefits Administrators, Inc., Amalgamated Medical Care Management, Inc., Amalgamated Agency and AliGraphics.
Amalgamated means any member of the Amalgamated Family of Companies, which consists of Amalgamated Life Insurance Company and its affiliates: Alicare, Inc., Alicare Medical Management, Inc., Amalgamated Agency and AliGraphics.
Amalgamated means Amalgamated Bank, as Trustee of Longview Ultra Construction Loan Investment Fund, having an address at 275 Seventh Avenue, New York, New York 10001, or its designee.
