AM Peak definition

AM Peak means that group of Services Scheduled to depart from or arrive at Tottenham Court Road station between 0745 hours and 0914 hours on Weekdays (except Public Holidays);
AM Peak means that group of Services Scheduled on any Weekday (excluding Public Holidays) to arrive at Paddington (CCOS) station or Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (LUL) station between 0700 hours and 0959 hours;
AM Peak means that group of Services scheduled to depart from or arrive at Tottenham Court Road station between 07:45 hours and 09:14 hours Monday to Friday (except on Public Holidays);

  • For reference, the AM Peak Period is considered to be weekdays from 6:45 am – 8:45 am.

Any steam supplied to a steam distribution system for the purpose of providing steam to a steam-electric generator that would produce electrical energy for sale is also considered in determining the electrical energy output capacity of the affected facility.

  • MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Imbalance Energy means the amount of Energy, in any given settlement period, by which the amount of Delivered Energy deviates from the amount of Scheduled Energy.

  • PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix. PJM Interchange Export:

  • Series Company refers to the form of registered open-end investment company described in Section 18(f)(2) of the 1940 Act or in any successor statutory provision;

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.

  • Generation Unit means a facility that converts a fuel or an energy resource into electrical energy.

  • Electric distribution company (EDC) means any electric utility subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission.
