  • For reference, the AM Peak Period is considered to be weekdays from 6:45 am – 8:45 am.

  • PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix.   • Series Company refers to the form of registered open-end investment company described in Section 18(f)(2) of the 1940 Act or in any successor statutory provision;

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.

  • Generation Unit means a facility that converts a fuel or an energy resource into electrical energy.
