Alumni Chapter definition

Alumni Chapter shall include, if such an organization exists, the organization of alumni/alumnae who were or are (as determined by the Chapter’s and/or its governing organization’s governing documents) members of the Chapter or its affiliated chapters and its directors, trustees, officers, agents, members and employees.
