Examples of Alternative Put Option in a sentence

  • If the Warrant Holder elects the Alternative Put Option, then all of the provisions of this Section 9 shall continue to apply, provided, that in lieu of transferring to the Company the Put Securities, the equity owners of the Warrant Holder shall transfer to the Company the same percentage of equity interests of the Warrant Holder as the Put Securities represent of the Warrant Shares.

  • If a holder of Warrants elects to exercise the Alternative Put Option, it shall timely deliver a written notice to the Company, the Trustee and the Warrant Agent in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Indenture and Section 17 hereof and stating the aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes and number of Warrants to be repurchased (the “Put Notes and Warrants”).
