Alternative Practice Structure definition

Alternative Practice Structure means a relationship between firms licensed to provide Attest Services and firms providing Non-Attest Services, which relationship is coordinated and/or delivered in accordance with the principles set forth in the AICPA’s Code of Conduct Section 101-14 or other generally accepted standards for firms operating in an alternative practice structure.
