Alternative material definition

Alternative material means a waste that might be suitable for use as a feedstock, bulking agent, or additive in the composting process including but not limited to animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and exceptional quality biosolids.
Alternative material as defined in this Agreement means used tires, construction and demolition (C&D) materials, and materials recognized as “universal waste” or as “special waste” under Environmental Law.
Alternative material active pharmaceutical ingredient equivalent to the API, as defined below, which is manufactured by a third party holding a drug master file for such active material.

  • Alternative nicotine product means any noncombustible product containing nicotine that is intended 766 for human consumption, whether chewed, absorbed, dissolved, or ingested by any other means. 767 "Alternative nicotine product" does not include any nicotine vapor product, tobacco product, or product 768 regulated as a drug or device by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under Chapter V (21 769 U.S.C. § 351 et seq.) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.
