Alternative Market definition

Alternative Market means the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the Nasdaq Capital Market. “Annual Report” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.7(iii) of this Agreement.
