Alternative Delegate definition
Alternative Delegate means a person appointed in accordance with clause 13.1(b) of this Constitution to represent BWA at a General Meeting or General Meetings of Boxing Australia.
Alternative Delegate means a person appointed in accordance with clause 13.1(b) of this Constitution to represent [Member Association] at a General Meeting or General Meetings of Boxing Australia.
Alternative Delegate means a person appointed in accordance with clause 10.12 of this Constitution to represent a Member Association at a General Meeting or General Meetings of Boxing Australia in lieu of that Member Association’s Delegate.
