Alternative Currency LC Exposure definition

Alternative Currency LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the Dollar Equivalent, calculated in accordance with Section 1.05, of the aggregate undrawn and unexpired amount of all outstanding Alternative Currency Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the Dollar Equivalent, calculated in each case using the Exchange Rate at the time the applicable LC Disbursement is made, of the aggregate principal amount of all LC Disbursements in respect of Alternative Currency Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed at such time.
Alternative Currency LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Alternative Currency Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements under Alternative Currency Letters of Credit that have not been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Account Parties at such time. The Alternative Currency LC Exposure of any Lender shall at any time be such Lender’s share of the total Alternative Currency LC Exposure at such time.
Alternative Currency LC Exposure means, at any time, (a) the sum of the Dollar Equivalents of the undrawn stated amounts of all outstanding Letters of Credit denominated in Alternative Currencies at such time plus (b) the sum of the Dollar Equivalents of all LC Disbursements denominated in Alternative Currencies that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The Alternative Currency LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total Alternative Currency LC Exposure at such time.
