If a “Software Alternative Class Vehicle” becomes eligible to receive the Software Upgrade, as of thirty (30) days after the postmarked date of the mail notice notifying the Class member of such eligibility, no purchase made after that date of a steering wheel lock, or purchase and installation of a glass breakage alarm or similar anti-theft system, or another aftermarket modification designed to deter or prevent theft will be reimbursable under this Settlement Agreement.
