Examples of Alternative Class in a sentence

  • If a “Software Alternative Class Vehicle” becomes eligible to receive the Software Upgrade, as of thirty (30) days after the postmarked date of the mail notice notifying the Class member of such eligibility, no purchase made after that date of a steering wheel lock, or purchase and installation of a glass breakage alarm or similar anti-theft system, or another aftermarket modification designed to deter or prevent theft will be reimbursable under this Settlement Agreement.

Related to Alternative Class

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Subordinated Class means, with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes.
