  • Alteris will provide all necessary hosting hardware, servicing and maintenance and that access to these devices are supported by the ongoing fees agreed upon with the Client.

  • Alteris is an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement or related to its performance will be construed to create a joint venture relationship between Client and Alteris, or an employee relationship between Client and any Alteris employee or subcontractor.
