Alterations/Remodeling definition
Alterations/Remodeling means a construction project, or portion of a project or remodel, instigated solely by the Homeowner aside and separate from Program Treatments under the Quieter Home Program, comprising revisions within or to prescribed elements of an existing structure, as distinct from additions to an existing structure; remodeling.
