ALTERATION OR ADDITIONS definition
ALTERATION OR ADDITIONS means all alterations and additions made to any part of the Premises including without limitation additions or alterations to the Fixtures, changes to the existing design or appearance of the Premises or any alteration in or extension to the electrical or other installations located in the Premises or the erection of any new building or other structures.
