  • Not later than the Remittance Date, the Company shall furnish to the Purchase monthly reports in the form of standard ALTEL reports with respect to the Mortgage Loans and the period ending on the preceding Determination Date.

  • You shall also reimburse ALTEL all such payments including but is not limited to taxes, levies and/or duties payable which ALTEL has advanced or settled on your behalf, whether under a statutory obligation or otherwise.

  • You shall not assign or novate any or all of your rights/obligations hereunder to any other person without the prior written consent of ALTEL.

  • ALTEL shall not be held responsible or liable for any unsuccessful termination of your subscription with your previous mobile/fixed cellular service provider and the resulting failure to Port with ALTEL.

  • You must pay to ALTEL in addition to the charges, for the services, an amount equal to any prevailing tax payable on the supply of the Services in accordance to the relevant laws of Malaysia for the time being in force.

  • ALTEL will issue a tax invoice to you for the supply of those services at or before that time.
