ALTA Policy definition

ALTA Policy means an American Land Title Association extended coverage owner’s policy of title insurance (6-17-06).
ALTA Policy means an ALTA standard form title insurance policy insuring valid leasehold title or enforceable easement rights (including, as applicable, as tenants in common) in and to one or more of the real estate interests included in the Resort Premises and which includes a “same as” survey endorsement insuring that the property described in such policy is the same as the property depicted on an ALTA survey, but for clarity does not include the Interim Policy until such time as an ALTA survey endorsement on the Interim Policy has been received by Buyer.
ALTA Policy means the policy of title insurance covering the Property required pursuant to Section 2.1(e) of this Agreement.

  • Bank shall have received an ALTA Policy of Title Insurance, with such endorsements as Bank may require, issued by a company and in form and substance satisfactory to Bank, in such amount as Bank shall require, insuring Bank's lien on the real property collateral required hereby to be of first priority, subject only to such exceptions as Bank shall approve in its discretion, with all costs thereof to be paid by Borrower.

  • Any increased costs for an ALTA Policy of Title Insurance together with the cost of any associated survey shall be paid by BUYER.

More Definitions of ALTA Policy

ALTA Policy means the policy of title insurance covering the Project Site required pursuant to Section 5.1.1 of this Agreement.
