ALTA Form definition

ALTA Form means, at any time, the applicable form of title insurance policy (American Land Title Association or otherwise) required at such time pursuant to the permanent Mortgage Loan program for which an Eligible Loan is targeted hereunder by Borrower (as identified in the related Approval Request), including all endorsements and supplements thereto as required under such targeted program.

Examples of ALTA Form in a sentence

  • The following endorsements are required, to the extent available in the jurisdiction in which the Property is located: • Restrictions, Encroachments, Minerals Endorsement ALTA Form 9 or equivalent.

  • ALTA Form 103.1 or an equivalent endorsement is required for this purpose.

  • Buyer may provide a marketable title insurance commitment, to be followed by an owner's marketable title insurance policy (ALTA Form "B" with Florida revisions) from a title insurance company approved by DSL, insuring marketable title to the Property in the amount of the Purchase Price at Buyer's expense.

  • Within ten (10) days after the Effective Date, GIPLP shall obtain an ALTA Form 2006 Commitment (“Title Commitment”) for an owner’s title insurance policy (“Title Policy”) issued by the Title Company in an amount no less than the cash value of the Contribution Consideration.

  • For the purposes of this Contract, good and marketable fee simple title shall mean such title as is insurable by a title insurance company licensed to do business in Georgia, under its standard form of ALTA owner's policy of title insurance, ALTA Form 6-17-2006, at its standard rates.

  • If an Adjustable Rate Home Equity Contract, it is covered by an American Land Title Association lender's title insurance policy, with an adjustable rate mortgage endorsement, such endorsement substantially in the form of ALTA Form 6.0 or 6.

  • Title insurance policies in the form of ALTA Form Mortgagee Title Insurance Policy shall be issued by an insurer (acceptable to the Lender) in favor of the Lender for the Real Property on which each Facility is located, together with copies of all documents of record concerning all such Real Property as identified on the commitment thereof.

  • If required by Agent, an ALTA Form 16-06 Mezzanine Financing endorsement or equivalent to the Title Policy relating to such Eligible Real Estate in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, together with proof of payment of all premiums for such endorsement.

  • The following endorsements are required, to the extent available in the jurisdiction in which the Borrowing Base Properties are located: • Restrictions, Encroachments, Minerals Endorsement ALTA Form 9 or equivalent.
