ALTA Form definition

ALTA Form means, at any time, the applicable form of title insurance policy (American Land Title Association or otherwise) required at such time pursuant to the permanent Mortgage Loan program for which an Eligible Loan is targeted hereunder by Borrower (as identified in the related Approval Request), including all endorsements and supplements thereto as required under such targeted program.

Examples of ALTA Form in a sentence

  • If either the 1992 or the 1987 format is submitted, the loan title insurance policy must include an ALTA Form 8.1 Environmental Endorsement.

  • The following endorsements are required, to the extent available in the jurisdiction in which the Property is located: • Restrictions, Encroachments, Minerals Endorsement ALTA Form 9 or equivalent.

  • Title insurance policies in the form of ALTA Form Mortgagee Title Insurance Policy shall be issued by an insurer (acceptable to the Lender) in favor of the Lender for the Real Property on which each Facility is located, together with copies of all documents of record concerning all such Real Property as identified on the commitment thereof.

  • At Closing, Purchaser will pay documentary revenue stamp taxes, the cost of recording the Deed and any other recordable instruments that Purchaser and Title Company deem necessary to insure good and marketable title to the Property, and all costs associated with the Title Commitment and the issuance of an owner’s title insurance policy (ALTA Form “B” with Florida revisions) insuring marketable title to the Property in the amount of the Purchase Price.

  • The Expanded Coverage Loan Policy incorporates the following endorsement coverages within its body by reference without the need to issue endorsements: ALTA Form 4.1-06, ALTA Form 5.1-06, ALTA Form 6-06, ALTA Form 6.2-06, ALTA Form 8.1-06, and ALTA Form 9-06.

  • The ALTA Form Leasehold Owner's Policy and ALTA Form Leasehold Lender's Policy have been withdrawn and replaced with the ALTA Form 13 (Owner's) and 13.1 (Lender's) Endorsements.

  • For loans backing securities issued on February 1, 2016, or later, it must be documented by either a new title policy, a title policy endorsement ensuring priority over defects, liens, and encumbrances, or an ALTA Form Mortgage Modification Policy (MMP); and regardless of security issuance date, by such recorded subordination agreements as required to maintain first lien position.

  • Within ten (10) days from the execution of this Agreement, Seller shall obtain, at Seller’s sole cost and expense, a current title commitment from Kenzley Title Group, Inc., serving as agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company for the latest ALTA Form policy for the Subject Property in the amount of the Purchase Price (the “Title Commitment”), together with copies of all documents referred to therein (the “Title Documents”).

Related to ALTA Form

  • Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.

  • Consent Form means the forms provided to each holder of Pre-Formation Interests to consent to the Formation Transactions and to make such holder’s irrevocable elections with respect to consideration to be received in the Formation Transactions.

  • Policy form means the form on which the policy is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.

  • Beneficiary form means a registration of a security which indicates the present owner of the security and the intention of the owner regarding the person who will become the owner of the security upon the death of the owner.

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form(s) to be delivered by Company to the Company Shareholders and Company RSU Holders and providing for the Company Shareholder’s and Company RSU Holders election with respect to the Consideration;

  • Exhibit B means [Vendor]’s Response.

  • Opt-Out Form means the form through which Eligible Employees may note their decision to opt out of participation in the Program.

  • Authorization Form means a form specified in s. 440.73.

  • Certificate form means the form on which the certificate is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Recorder means either a personal video recorder (PVR) or digital video recorder (DVR) which must satisfy the following features:

  • Assignment Details Form means written confirmation of the assignment details to be given to the Agency Worker upon acceptance of the Assignment;

  • attached means attached to this Agreement when used in relation to a schedule;

  • Exhibit D means Exhibit D to the Judgment;

  • Investment Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to purchase Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties. If there is no such Form of acceptance, the expression “Form of Acceptance” means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuing or receiving the Form of Acceptance means the date of signing the Contract Agreement.

  • Exercise Form means an Exercise Form in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Form of Assignment and Transfer means the “Form of Assignment and Transfer” attached as Attachment 3 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Pledge Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to Pledge his/her Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Proper Form means a payment sent by mail or courier that:
