If either the 1992 or the 1987 format is submitted, the loan title insurance policy must include an ALTA Form 8.1 Environmental Endorsement.
The following endorsements are required, to the extent available in the jurisdiction in which the Property is located: • Restrictions, Encroachments, Minerals Endorsement ALTA Form 9 or equivalent.
