ALTA/ACSM is defined in Section 6.1(o) of the Participation Agreement.

  • Lender shall have received a title survey for the Property, certified to the title company and Lender and their successors and assigns, in form and content satisfactory to Lender and prepared by a professional and properly licensed land surveyor satisfactory to Lender in accordance with the most recent Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.

  • The Requesting Party shall request direction from such attorney with respect to preparation of abstracts of title, title insurance commitments and policies, and preparation of boundary surveys that comply with ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey Standards and which must conform to proposed legal descriptions.

  • Lender shall have received a current Survey for each Individual Property, certified to the title company and Lender and their successors and assigns, in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Lender and prepared by a professional and properly licensed land surveyor satisfactory to Lender in accordance with the Accuracy Standards for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys as adopted by ALTA, American Congress on Surveying & Mapping and National Society of Professional Surveyors in 2005.

  • Lender shall have received a current title survey for the Property, certified to the title company and Lender and their successors and assigns, in form and content satisfactory to Lender and prepared by a professional and properly licensed land surveyor satisfactory to Lender in accordance with the 1999 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.

  • If Buyer intends to obtain extended coverage title insurance in connection with this Agreement, then Buyer shall obtain at its sole cost and expense an as-built survey of the Property complying with 1992 ALTA/ACSM minimum standards (the "Survey").

  • All such plats of survey shall conform to the most recent Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys jointly established and adopted by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

  • Lender shall have received a current Survey, certified to the title company and Lender and their successors and assigns, in form and content satisfactory to Lender and prepared by a professional and properly licensed land surveyor satisfactory to Lender in accordance with the Accuracy Standards for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys as adopted by ALTA, American Congress on Surveying & Mapping and National Society of Professional Surveyors in 1999.

  • Purchaser shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to obtain a current survey of the Real Property and Improvements or to update the Existing Survey (the “Survey”) in accordance with the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements and Classifications for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys published in 2005.

  • Lender shall have received a current title Survey for each Individual Property, certified to the title company and Lender and their successors and assigns, in form and content satisfactory to Lender and prepared by a professional and properly licensed land surveyor satisfactory to Lender in accordance with the 1999 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.

  • The survey must be made in accordance with the: (i) ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey standards, or (ii) Texas Society of Professional Surveyors' standards for a Category 1A survey under the appropriate condition.
