already in process means a payment related to an interbank transaction in which Arab Bank is a counterparty acting as a principal and not as an agent for a customer, the transaction was entered into with an unrelated bank prior to the date of this Order, and the instructions for payment at maturity were established at the time the transaction was initiated. The Branch shall cause Arab Bank, within seven (7) days after the date of this Order, to identify any such transactions that have not yet matured and to instruct the bank counterparty to redirect the payment to a correspondent bank account.
