DellBizNet means the Dell-branded and owned World Wide Web site, namely ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or other Dell-designated domain, to be developed and maintained by Dell with participation by Company pursuant to this Agreement.
