Alpha Units means METROLOGIC Purchasable Product delivered prior to the Ship Acceptance Date which may not be manufactured with the same components and methods as a Production Unit, and may not conform to all Product Specifications.

Examples of Alpha Units in a sentence

  • JMAR shall, at least 45 days prior to the scheduled delivery of the initial Alpha Units, provide FemtoTrace with its proposed written acceptance test procedures, subject to FemtoTrace's review and modification prior to delivery.
