Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Generico Group may continue to use appropriate Alpha Trademarks in the packaging and labeling of the Generico Products beyond the Generico Sell-off Period to the extent that a Governmental Authorization that is necessary to change the packaging or labeling of any Generico Products has not been obtained.
Subject to the preceding sentences, the Generico Parties agree that, upon termination of the Generico Sell-off Period, the Generico Parties shall and shall cause the other members of the Generico Group to cease and thereafter not make any use of the Alpha Trademarks, except such restriction shall not apply to filings, reports and other documents required by Applicable Laws or regulations of securities exchanges to be filed and/or made publicly available.
