Alpha Release definition

Alpha Release means a commercial release of PS OS Software designated as such by PalmSource in its sole discretion and with respect to which PalmSource plans to make subsequent versions available as a Beta Release and GM Release.
Alpha Release means, a functionally complete version of the ESPS software (including installer) and the frozen APIs. The version may contain bugs but testing has begun with test plans and test documentation written during the development phase and further planned development requires only correction of outstanding bugs unless Adobe and ESPS mutually agree on the additional features and any necessary changes to the Specifications and Delivery Schedule.
Alpha Release means a Product in that stage of the product lifecycle that applies to new products undergoing software prototype evaluation by one or more IMPAC customers or End-Users for a finite period of time prior to formal release for the purpose of providing user validation of requirements. Alpha Releases shall only be used non-clinically, ***.

  • Provided that Licensee has paid PalmSource the Maintenance and Support Fees (as defined in Section 5.2(b) (Ongoing Obligation)), during the term of this Agreement, PalmSource will provide Licensee with the Released Code in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.5 (Method of Delivery) for Updates, Upgrades and New Versions which PalmSource is required to provide under Section 7.1 below within thirty (30) days after Alpha Release, Beta Release and GM Release, respectively.

  • Notwithstanding the provision of any Alpha Release or Beta Release, Licensee shall not commercially release or distribute any PS Licensed Product until PalmSource provides the GM Release.

  • The Retention relating to the Alpha Release, Beta Release and MVP Release shall be payable by the Combined Authority to the ▇▇▇▇ Solution Provider upon the later of: the date on which each of the Retention Release Conditions has been satisfied by the ▇▇▇▇ Solution Provider (to the reasonable satisfaction of the Combined Authority), or waived in writing by the Combined Authority; and the date falling forty-two (42) days after the date of the MVP Release.

  • Alpha Release - shall mean the Hardware and Code whose features are 100% ------------- complete, whose functionality is 70% complete, and that is fully localization enabled (per requirements).


More Definitions of Alpha Release

Alpha Release means the deployment of a version of the ▇▇▇▇ Platform that meets the criteria for the Alpha Release as described in section 8 of the Specification (Functional Specification) in accordance with clause 9.2;

Alpha Release means a preliminary version of a Joint Product (as hereinafter defined) that has been tested by the Joint Development Team (as hereinafter defined) and is released for initial testing at IBM and Synopsys sites with their respective third-party customers, which customers include ASIC Vendors other than IBM. The Joint Development Team will provide direct support for Alpha Releases.

Related to Alpha Release

  • New Release means new releases, updates or versions of the Software made generally available by SAP through unrestricted shipment pursuant to SAP Support after the Effective Date of the Agreement.

  • Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.

  • Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.
