Alpha Option definition

Alpha Option means an option to acquire shares of Alpha Common Stock granted pursuant to an Alpha Option Plan.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
